About Eva

I have a heartfelt interest
in
reconnecting you to your
own
intrinsic nature and
rekindle
the relationship
to yourself
through tools
that are both
simple and
imminently powerful.

Eva first started practicing Yoga at the age of 15, out of mere ambition to perfect
a discipline and
to find healing in her body. She developed a diligent and dedicated
practice under the guidance of different teachers that encouraged her to choose the path of
practice. She aspires to offer progressive, therapeutic value and shares her personal aspirations
to take up a Yoga practice. Her teaching is uniquely precise, intuitive and warm-hearted.
Her focus lies on the experience of the inner body, creating a sense of lightness, stability
and balance in body, mind and heart.

Eva had the rare privilege to be privately mentored in the teachings of Yoga and
eventually completed her qualification with Jim Harrington in Cape Town, South Africa.
She has been teaching Yoga for 14 years and been practicing for more than 18 years.
She takes immense pleasure, comfort and value in daily meditation, breathwork,
contemplation and restorative practices.

Eva also has an international diploma in Massage Therapy and a broad experience in different
types of bodywork, nutrition and physiology.

She has been thriving in a wide variety of opportunities working with private clients, athletes,
wellness facilities, yoga studios, gyms, high-end lodging and tourism as well as
yoga retreats.
A few of these include &Beyond Mnemba Island Lodge (Zanzibar, Tanzania), Londolozi Game
Reserve
(South Africa), Namaste Yoga Safari (Namibia),
Fitness Safaris (Okonjima Lodge, Namibia),
Team Sebastian Stoldt – practice of Medical Massage Therapy (Germany) and various sports
events in South Africa & Namibia.

Her approach is simple & therapeutic, yet efficient in making the tools of Yoga
& Mindfulness accessible to everyone, connecting her students
to the experience of
their own true nature.
